Agency serving clients — Unlimited ($297/month). The main difference from Starter is the number of sub-accounts. Once you manage more than three clients, Unlimited removes the cap, and you can rebill phone and email usage to each client.

SaaS reseller — Agency Pro ($497/month). SaaS Mode lets you sell HighLevel as your own software: clients subscribe on your website, their accounts are created automatically, and you set the price. You can also add your own markup on phone and email usage, and on most add-ons.

High-volume business — Enterprise (custom pricing). For larger teams that need a dedicated account team, enterprise reporting, HIPAA compliance or a white-label mobile app included. Pricing is by request.

Add-ons and usage-based costs

Your plan price covers the platform. On top of that, HighLevel charges for usage of phone numbers, calls, SMS, emails sent and premium AI. HighLevel publishes these rates on separate usage-pricing pages. They change by country and channel, so check the current rates in your account rather than relying on a fixed number. On Unlimited and Agency Pro, you can pass these costs on (rebill) to your clients.
