Refund Policy

You have 14 days from purchase to ask for a refund. If a template does not work the way you expected, contact our support team first so we can help you make it right.

If you are still not happy after that, we will refund your purchase in full, as long as you ask within 14 days of buying. After 14 days, purchases are final.

Digital returns are free: there is nothing to send back and no restocking fee.
